Meet Keisha Stephney, the Inspiring Founder of
The Peach'd Pink Project

Her Story

Keisha was diagnosed in 2021 with Stage 2, Triple-Negative Breast Cancer. Her
perspective and life focus were forever changed. After a bilateral mastectomy, 16
rounds of chemo, and 25 rounds of radiation, she was diagnosed with a
recurrence in February 2023. She endured another 25 rounds of radiation and 6
cycles of chemo. Even through it all she remains resilient and faithful, no longer
just existing but living!

Keisha  turned her trauma to purpose and now focuses on advocacy, reducing health care disparities, increasing survivorship, and empowering and encouraging others through her story. Her primary interests include non-profit leadership, and policy to create meaningful initiatives that support the most vulnerable populations and underserved women and provide resources for survivors, families, and caregivers.

Keisha is passionate about educating her community and positively impacting others through her breast cancer experience. She believes building strong coalitions and understanding community needs can create real, positive change and strengthen survivorship.
